Our next term of BabyYoga starts the week commencing 1st August – Monday session only has 1 space left πŸ™ˆ and our Wednesday session has 6 spaces left … 

I know it’s school holidays so I don’t mind you bringing older siblings along with you if needed, sometimes it’s good for them to be included in the fun you have with your baby when they’re normally at school πŸ™ŒπŸ»


We also have family yoga starting on Saturdays at 1:30pm – there is 2 spaces left for 18/6/16.

Family Yoga: 

This class is suitable for kids aged 4-10yrs and their parent/guardian – it is a great way to share experiences and connect to your little ones in a fun, exciting and light-hearted way. Busy schedules can break parent/kids relationships because of life’s different perspectives and Yoga is a great way to reconnect with each other, using trust, team work and a lot of laughter to help one another.

Any family member is welcome to this join us in this adventure. We will play games, create stories using partner yoga moves, and practise gentle breathing exercises followed by some quiet meditative time and relaxation before the end of practice.
