We are a children's yoga company working as licensees in areas across the North East of England.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We do not store any information that is sent via the contact forms on this website, we use the name, email address and details of the enquiry to respond appropriately and then the email is deleted.
If you complete the contact form regarding joining YogaPupz LTD. as a licensee then we will retain your personal information, answers to the questions and attached CV - if you chose not to join our company then the information will be destroyed immediately.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If a data breach was to take place we would ensure that all data kept within our database is wiped and re-entered safely. We do not store any payment details in our database as we use PayPal, this therefore means that we will never lose your bank details through our website if a data breach was to take place.

We use any personal data you provide in class to your instructor for the following purposes only:
- To create class registers (monitoring attendance)
- We would use your details in the case of classes being cancelled or delayed last minute
- To confirm that you and your child are fit to partake in the sessions
- We would use emergency contact information in the case of an emergency
- We use your authorisation to take promotional photos/videos in class
